疏风通络方联合常规西药治疗支气管哮喘临床研究

Clinical Study on Shufeng Tongluo Prescription Combined with Routine Western Medicine for Bronchial Asthma

目的:观察疏风通络方联合常规西药治疗支气管哮喘(BA)的临床疗效。方法:将128例BA患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各64例。对照组给予常规西药对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用疏风通络方治疗。评价2组临床疗效,比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、哮喘控制评分、肺功能、血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平。结果:观察组总有效率为87.50%,高于对照组70.31%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分及哮喘控制问卷(ACQ)评分较治疗前降低,且观察组中医证候积分及ACQ评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV_(1)/FVC、呼气流量峰值(PEF)较治疗前升高,且观察组FEV_(1)、FVC、FEV_(1)/FVC、PEF高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清IL-6、IL-8、IFN-γ水平较治疗前降低,且观察组血清IL-6、IL-8、IFN-γ水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏风通络方联合常规西药治疗BA临床疗效确切,可有效控制哮喘症状,改善肺功能,降低血清炎症因子水平,且安全性高。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shufeng Tongluo Prescription combined with routine western medicine for bronchial asthma(BA).Methods:A total of 128 patients with bronchial asthma were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shufeng Tongluo Prescription on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,asthma control score,lung function,levels of serum IL-6,IL-8,IFN-γwere compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 87.50%in the observation group,higher than that of 70.31%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and Asthma Control Questionnaire(ACQ)scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and TCM syndrome score and ACQ score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),FEV_(1)/FVC and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment,and FEV_(1),FVC,FEV_(1)/FVC and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and IFN-γin serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and IFN-γin serum in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shufeng Tongluo Prescription combined with routine western medicine for BA has a definite clinical effect,which can effectively control asthma symptoms,improve lung function and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in serum,with high safety.
