韩国跨文化传播的经验与启示——以韩国图书汉译为例

The Experience and Enlightenment of Cross-cultural Communication of ROK-Taking the Translation of ROK Books into Chinese as an Example

韩国自1998年提出“文化立国”战略以来,通过拓展文化事业积极向海外宣传、展示韩国的文化形象,并不断发展具有创意性和竞争力的文化产业。在韩国政府的支持和民间机构的宣传下,韩国图书在国内的翻译及出版推动了两国人文交流及关系发展,不仅为韩国国家经济社会发展注入了强大动力,而且为提升韩国的国际形象开拓了重要路径与渠道。然而,图书外译及出版会受到出版公司杂乱、翻译质量不佳、市场营销不足等方面的制约,使文化传播效果大打折扣。为增强文化传播影响力,在图书外译及出版中需综合经验措施,在机构配合形成翻译出版体系的同时,提供图书外译出版需要的系统性服务,实现文化产品的附加价值。

Since 1998 when ROK proposed the strategy of"Cultural Nationhood",it has been actively promoting and displaying its cultural image overseas through expanding its cultural business,and continuously developing creative and competitive cultural industries.With the support of the ROK government and the propaganda of private organizations,the translation and publication of ROK books not only injects powerful development power into the economic and social development of the two countries.However,the process of book translation and publication will be limited by the publishing company's disorder,poor translation quality,insufficient marketing,etc.In order to strengthen the influence of cultural translation,we need comprehensive experience in the translation and publication of books,and seek the added value of cultural products.
