助剂改性Ni/钙钛矿催化焦油重整产氢研究

摘要 为构建高活性且长效稳定的焦油重整催化剂体系,本研究对助剂改性Ni/钙钛矿催化剂的反应特性进行了实验测试与综合评价。分别在不同温度(600℃、650℃、700℃)和负载量(ω=0.5%、1%、2%、4%)下开展了甲苯水蒸气催化重整实验,并利用TEM、XRD、TPR、XPS等技术分析了催化剂反应前后形貌、物相等物化特征的变化情况。结果表明,质量分数为2%的Ce助剂掺杂可以在标准化学计量比下获得最高的甲苯转化率与氢气产率,分别为84.7%和57.4%。这是由于Ce助剂添加增加了晶格氧含量,促进了焦炭前驱体气化并减少积碳,从而维持催化活性。 Aiming to synthesize a kind of catalyst with high tar steam reforming reactivity,the effect of promoters modified Ni/Perovskite were experimentally tested and comprehensively evaluated.In this work,the catalytic performance was carried out by using toluene as biomass tar model at different temperatures(600℃,650℃,700℃)and various support quantities of promoters(w=0.5%,1%,2%,4%),and changes in morphology and phase of catalysts were characterized by TEM,XRD,TPR,XPS,etc.Experimental results indicated the maximum toluene conversion and hydrogen yield reached 84.7%and 57.4%respectively under standard stoichiometric ratio by using w=2% Ce as promoter.The reason is the presence of Ce promoter increased the content of lattice oxygen,which further enhanced the gasification of coke precursor and reduced the coke deposition,therefore maintained the catalytic activity.
