营商环境事关高质量发展大局,关系一个区域经济持续健康发展。党的二十大报告强调,“营造市场化、法治化、国际化一流营商环境。”开局拼经济,在1月28日召开的工作动员大会上,潍坊将优化营商环境作为“七个突破”之一,提出“要在优化营商环境上加力突破”。拼经济,很大程度上是“拼环境”,哪里环境好,人才就往哪里走,资金就往哪里投,项目就往哪里建。
