个性化护理对抑郁症患者生活质量的影响研究

Study on the effect of individualized nursing on life quality of patients with depression

目的 分析个性化护理对抑郁症患者生活质量的影响,为改善抑郁症患者的护理效果提供帮助。方法 选取2020年6月—2022年6月临沂市平邑县精神病医院收治的抑郁症患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施个性化护理干预。比较两组患者不良情绪评分、生活质量评分及护理满意率。结果 干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分为(43.2±3.6)和(44.6±4.2)分,均低于对照组的(49.2±4.1)和(50.5±4.7)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生理、心理、躯体、社会生活评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意率为97.1%,高于对照组的82.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.968,P<0.05)。结论 对抑郁症患者开展个性化护理干预,有利于患者疾病的有效控制,改善患者生活质量,提高护理满意率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing on the life quality of patients with depression,and provide help for improving the nursing effect of patients with depression.Methods A total of 70 patients with depression admitted to Linyi City Pingyi County Psychiatric Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given individualized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The adverse mood score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were(43.2±3.6)and(44.6±4.2)points,which were lower than those in the control group with(49.2±4.1)and(50.5±4.7)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical,psychological,physical and social life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 97.1%,which was higher than 82.9%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.968,P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention for patients with depression was beneficial to the effective control of their diseases,improve their quality of life and their nursing satisfaction rate,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
