质量控制在手术室护理管理中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control in nursing management of operating room

目的 分析手术室护理管理中实施质量控制小组管理干预模式的效果,为提升手术室的服务质量提供帮助。方法选取2019年3月—2020年5月在高唐县人民医院进行手术治疗的104例患者为研究对象,按照不同护理管理模式分为研究组和对照组各52例。研究组患者采用质量控制小组管理干预模式,对照组患者采用常规护理管理干预模式。比较两组护理过程中不良事件发生率、护理质量评分以及护理满意率。结果 研究组各项护理质量评分及总体质量评分均高于对照组;研究组在护理期间的不良事件发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的38.46%;研究组护理总满意率为100.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在手术室护理管理中应用质量控制小组管理干预模式可有效降低工作人员在护理过程中发生的不良事件概率,提升护理服务质量以及患者满意率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of quality control group management intervention method in operating room nursing management,and to provide help to improve the service quality of operating room.Methods A total of 104 patients with surgical treatment in Gaotang County People's Hospital from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the study objects.According to different nursing modes,they were divided into the study group and the control group with 52 cases in each group.The patients in the study group adoped the quality control group management intervention model,while the patients in the control group adoped the routine nursing management intervention model.The incidence of adverse events in the nursing process,the score of nursing quality and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The various nursing quality scores and overall quality score in the study group were higher than those in the control group;the incidence of adverse events druing nursing in the study group was 7.69%,which was lower than 38.46%of the control group;the nursing total satisfaction rate of the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of quality control group management intervention model in operating room nursing management could effectively reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events in the nursing process of staff,improve the quality of nursing service and patient satisfaction rate,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
