民警皮肤软纤维瘤与胰岛素抵抗的相关研究

The correlation study between skin soft fibromatosis and insulin resistance in police

目的 探讨公安民警皮肤软纤维瘤发病与胰岛素抵抗(IR)的相关因素,早期发现早期干预,以提高公安民警健康水平。方法 选取2016年5月—2019年5月天津市公安医院经临床明确诊断的皮肤软纤维瘤公安民警100例作为观察组,选取同期来我院进行健康体检的无皮肤软纤维瘤的公安民警100例为对照组。观察比较两组收缩压(SBP)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血清胆固醇(TC)、血清三酰甘油(TG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)和体质指数(BMI)。结果 观察组SBP、FBG、TG、TC、BMI、HOMA-IR水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 皮肤软纤维瘤发病与SBP、FBG、TG、TC、BMI和HOMA-IR密切相关,而代谢综合征(MS)又与高血压、糖代谢异常、脂质代谢紊乱等有密切相关性。因此皮肤软纤维瘤的发病提示IR和MS的可能,早期发现早期干预这些因素,对提高公安民警健康水平及预防不良事件发生有着非常重要的意义。

Objective To explore the related factors between skin soft fibromatosis and insulin resistance(IR)in police officers,and find out early intervention to improve the health level of police officers.Methods From May 2016 to May 2019,100 police officers with skin soft fibromatosis diagnosed by Tianjin Gongan Hospital were selected as the observation group,and 100 police officers without skin soft fibroma who came to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The systolic blood pressure(SBP),fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum cholesterol(TC),serum triacylglycerol(TG),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and body mass index(BMI)were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The levels of SBP,FBG,TG,TC,BMI and HOMA-IR in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of skin soft fibroma was closely related to SBP,FBG,TG,TC,BMI and HOMA-IR,while metabolic syndrome(MS)was closely related to hypertension,abnormal glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism disorder,etc.Therefore,the occurrence of skin soft fibroma suggested the possibility of IR and MS.Early detection and early intervention of these factors were of great significance to improve the health level of the police and prevent the occurrence of adverse events.
