康复护理对脑梗死患者吞咽功能的影响

Effect of rehabilitation nursing on swallowing function of patients with cerebral infarction

目的 分析康复护理对脑梗死患者吞咽功能的干预效果,以改善脑梗死患者的预后。方法 选取2020年3月—2021年1月山东玲珑英诚医院收治的脑梗死患者64例,随机分为观察组和参照组各32例。参照组采用常规护理,观察组采用康复护理。护理后,采用日本洼田饮水试验评估两组吞咽情况,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)评估患者生活质量。结果 护理后,观察组吞咽良好率为68.75%,高于参照组的43.75%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.064,P<0.05);观察组心理健康、身体健康、社交功能、精神状态各项生活质量评分均高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康复护理能综合评估吞咽情况,掌握每位患者的吞咽障碍程度,及时提出针对性强的训练内容,并长期协助患者练习,正向引导力较强。康复护理的影响力较大,能更好地增强患者康复的信心,有助于促进患者吞咽功能的恢复和生活质量的提升,加速病情好转,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of rehabilitation nursing of swallowing function in patients with cerebral infarction,to improve their prognosis.Methods A total of 64 patients with cerebral infarction treated in Shandong Linglong Yingcheng Hospital from March 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and reference group,with 32 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the reference group and rehabilitation nursing was used in the observation group.After nursing,the Japanese Kubota drinking water test was used to evaluate the swallowing status of the two groups,and the SF-36 scale was used to evaluate the quality of life of the patients.Results After nursing,the rate of good swallowing in the observation group was 68.75%,which was higher than 43.75%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.064,P<0.05);the quality of life scores of mental health,physical health,social function and mental state in the observation group were all higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing could comprehensively evaluate the swallowing situation,master the degree of swallowing disorder of each patient,put forward targeted training contents in time,and help patients practice for a long time,with strong positive guidance.Rehabilitation nursing had a great influence,could better enhance the confidence of patients in rehabilitation,help to promote the recovery of swallowing function and improve the quality of life of patients,and accelerate the improvement of the condition,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
