快速康复护理在骨科患者围术期中的应用效果

Application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in perioperative period of orthopedic patients

目的 分析快速康复护理在骨科患者中的应用效果,促使患者快速恢复健康。方法 选取2020年6月—2021年6月在玲珑英诚医院收治的76例骨科手术患者为研究对象,随机将其均分为对照组和观察组各38例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行快速康复护理,比较两组患者术后恢复时间及并发症发生率。结果 观察组骨折愈合时间为(91.15±5.35)d,总住院时间为(14.81±4.14)d,下床锻炼开始时间为(5.02±1.60)d,均短于对照组的(109.75±25.35)d、(20.64±4.73)d、(7.52±1.78)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.26%,明显低于对照组的21.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.145,P<0.05)。结论 给予骨科手术患者快速康复护理能够有效缩短患者术后恢复时间,降低并发症发生率,提升患者生活质量,能够获取到满意护理效果,促使患者快速恢复健康水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in orthopedic patients,to promote the early recovery of the patients.Methods A total of 76 patients undergoing orthopedic surgery in Linglong Yingcheng Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing,and the postoperative recovery time and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The fracture healing time,the total hospitalization time and the time to get out of bed exercise in the observation group were(91.15±5.35)d,(14.81±4.14)d and(5.02±1.60)d respectively,which were all shorter than those of the control group with(109.75±25.35)d,(20.64±4.73)d and(7.52±1.78)d,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.26%,which was significantly lower than 21.05%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.145,P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with orthopedic surgery could effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients,obtain satisfactory nursing effect,and promote the rapid recovery of patient health level,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
