超声乳化手术治疗白内障的效果

Effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract

目的 分析超声乳化手术在白内障治疗中的应用效果,为白内障的手术治疗提供参考方案。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年12月泉州市永春县总医院收治的186例白内障患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各93例。对照组采取小切口囊外摘除术治疗,观察组采用超声乳化术治疗。比较两组角膜散光度、视力水平、并发症发生状况及生活质量评分。结果 治疗后,观察组角膜散光度低于对照组,视力水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为5.38%,低于对照组的16.13%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.602,P<0.05)。观察组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声乳化手术在白内障治疗中应用价值较高,能明显改善患者角膜散光度,提升视力水平及生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of phacoemulsification in the treatment of cataract,and provide a reference scheme for the surgical treatment of cataract.Methods A total of 186 cataract patients admitted to Quanzhou Yongchun County General Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 93 cases in each group.The control group was treated with small incision extracapsular extraction,while the observation group was treated with phacoemulsification.The corneal astigmatism,visual acuity,complications and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the corneal astigmatism of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the visual acuity level was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.38%,which was lower than 16.13%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.602,P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification was of high value in the treatment of cataract,which could significantly improve the corneal astigmatism of patients,improve the level of vision and quality of life,and was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
