康复护理在脑出血术后患者中的应用效果

Application effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after operation

目的 观察康复护理对手术治疗后脑出血患者的干预效果,为脑出血术后患者的早期康复提供帮助。方法 选取2019年11月—2020年11月山东省聊城市茌平区人民医院接诊的脑出血术后患者68例进行研究,按照患者接受的不同护理方案分为研究组和对照组各34例。对照组患者术后实施常规护理,研究组患者术后实施康复护理。比较两组患者护理前后神经功能缺损程度、生活质量、焦虑程度评分以及护理满意率。结果 护理后,研究组神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,焦虑程度评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理总满意率为94.12%,高于对照组的70.59%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.476,P=0.011)。结论 脑出血患者在接受手术治疗后,应用康复护理能够更好地改善患者的神经功能,提高其活动能力和自理能力等,促进其生活质量的提升,减轻患者的焦虑等消极心态,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the intervention effect of rehabilitation nursing on patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after operation,and provide help for the early rehabilitation of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods Sixty-eight postoperative patients with intracerebral hemorrhage received from Shandong Province Liaocheng Chiping District People's Hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected for the study.They were divided into the study group and the control group,with 34 patients in each group according to the different nursing programs they received.The patients in the control group received routine nursing after operation,and the patients in the study group received rehabilitation nursing after operation.The degree of nerve function defect,quality of life,anxiety score and nursing satisfaction rate of the patients in the two group were compared before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the score of nerve function defect in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the score of quality of life was higher than that in the control group,and the score of anxiety was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 94.12%,which was higher than 70.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.476,P=0.011).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing for patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after receiving surgical treatment could better improve their neurological function,improve their activity ability and self-care ability,promote their quality of life,and reduce their anxiety and other negative attitudes,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
