微塑料对四环素的吸附性能研究

摘要 以聚苯乙烯(PS)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)2种微塑料为研究对象,采用吸附实验,研究了四种微塑料对四环素的吸附性能。结果表明:微塑料对四环素的吸附符合准二级动力学方程(R^(2)>0.969),整个吸附过程由快速吸附和缓慢吸附2个阶段组成。Freundlich方程和Langmuir方程均能较好地拟合微塑料对四环素的等温吸附数据。PS和PET对四环素的最大吸附量分别为0.31 mg/g和0.40 mg/g。随着溶液pH值的增加,微塑料对四环素的吸附量表现出先增加后降低,在溶液pH值为5.5时最大。 The polystyrene(PS)and polyethylene terephthalate(PET)microplastics were used to adsorb tetracycline from an aqueous solution.The results showed that the adsorption process of tetracycline on both type microplastics were well described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation(R^(2)>0.969).The adsorption process was composed of rapid adsorption and slow adsorption.Both Freundlich and Langmuir equations can well fit the adsorption isotherm of tetracycline.The maximum adsorption capacity of PS and PET for tetracycline was 0.31 and 0.40 mg/g,respectively.With the increase of solution pH,the adsorption capacity of tetracycline increased first and then decreased,and reached the maximum when the solution pH was 5.5.
