基于GIS可视化的自然资源监测系统建设与应用

摘要 系统主要以GIS工作流跨平台系统(GIS Workflow Cross System,GWCS)作为监测信息化管理平台的基础支撑,以EpsOffice工作流引擎为构建工具进行智能化生产设计,搭建基于GIS可视化的生产任务管理、离线移动GIS现场辅助监测业务框架,实现智能化生产管理、业务扩展、权限管理,采用JavaScript语言、以EpsGIS为中间层,构建了ArcGIS服务与可视化应用的资源监测系统,实现智能生产管理、跟踪、监管决策以及移动辅助自然资源监测等系统功能。该项目的实施在提高自然资源监测工作效率的同时,还能有效保障现场巡查工作人员的安全。 The system mainly takes GIS Workflow Cross-platform System(GIS Workflow Cross System,GWCS)as the basic support of monitoring information management platform.EpsOffice workflow engine is used as a construction tool for intelligent production design.Production task management is built based on GIS visualization and offline mobile GIS on-site auxiliary monitoring business framework.Intelligent production management,business expansion and permission management are realized.Using JavaScript language and EpsGIS as the intermediate layer,the resource monitoring system of ArcGIS service and visual application is constructed to realize the system functions of intelligent production management,tracking,supervision decision and mobile assisted natural resources monitoring.The implementation of this project not only improves the efficiency of natural resource monitoring,but also effectively ensures the safety of on-site inspection staff.
