摘要
台地式花园楼住宅位于北京市石景山区北方工业大学内,于1985年建成,曾在两次全国住宅设计大赛获首奖,并在全国10余个城市推广建成,后入围中国20世纪建筑遗产。将台地式花园楼作为改造的研究对象,把建筑模型信息导入绿建斯维尔软件并进行建筑光、风、热、声性能模拟,提出基于软件模拟的住宅建筑节能改造的策略,为建筑设计的节能优化提供依据。
Terrace style garden house is located in North China University of Technology,Shijingshan District,Beijing.It was completed in 1985,won the first prize in two national housing design competitions,and was promoted in more than ten cities across the country.Later,it was shortlisted as China's 20th century architectural heritage.In this paper,the terrace garden building is taken as the research object of transformation,the building model information is introduced into the green construction svilles oftware and the building light,wind,heat and sound performance simulation are carried out.The transformation strategy of residential building energy-saving transformation based on software simulation is proposed,which provides a basis for energy-saving optimization of architectural design.
