摘要
采用纵向单案例研究方法,通过对华为5G创新生态系统发展历程剖析,探究5G企业创新生态系统的演化模型。结果发现:(1)5G企业创新生态系统遵循“5G技术研发—5G标准制定—5G标准与商用共生”的利导演化逻辑;(2)迭代5G企业创新生态系统的演化动因来源于系统内外部双层级考虑;(3)在政治风险逆境中,风险识别是激活并增强5G企业创新生态系统韧性的驱动力;(4)消融创新边界孤岛对于释放5G企业创新生态系统的动态活力至关重要。
China attaches great importance to the in-depth application and innovation of 5G technology in various industries.5G has become an important part of the national strategy.In the face of 5G emerging technology wave,following the traditional production and operation mode,Chinese enterprises can not achieve the most ideal enterprise benefits,which requires comprehensive consideration based on the internal and external two-level of the enterprise,the collaboration between organizations,enterprises,industries,and links.We should learn from the past practice,strengthen the coordination ability among various departments internally,shift the focus to the cooperation between enterprises externally,give full play to the advantages of enterprises themselves,and develop the enterprise innovation ecosystem suitable for the long-term development of enterprises,so as to have a long-term solution to meet the severe challenges under the new environment and trend.The purpose of the study is to understand the evolution process of 5G enterprise innovation ecosystem,aiming to explore how the 5G enterprise innovation ecosystem incubates,grows and rises.Using longitudinal case study method,We explore the evolution model of 5G enterprise innovation ecosystem through the analysis of development history of Huawei 5G innovation ecosystem,providing a novel idea and management enlightenment for 5G enterprises and industry innovation on the basis of enriching and developing innovation ecosystem theory.The research found that:(1)5G enterprise innovation ecosystem follows the evolutionary logic of"5G technology research and development-5G standard formulation-coexistence of 5G standards and commercial use";(2)The evolutionary motivation of the iterative 5G enterprise innovation ecosystem comes from the dual-level considerations inside and outside the system;(3)In the adversity of political risks,risk identification is the driving force to activate and enhance the resilience of 5G enterprise innovation ecosystem;(4)Dissolving the isolated islands of innovation boundaries is essential for releasing the dynamic vitality of 5G enterprise innovation ecosystem.This has certain practical implications for the operation practice of 5G enterprises:(1)5G enterprises subject to political repression should have the awareness of political risk to build an innovation ecosystem,proactively adjust their corporate strategies,and carry out ecological and systematic management mode on the basis of theoretical models;(2)From 5 aspects and 17 dimensions,innovation elements provide strategic choice demonstration for enterprise management to construct 5G enterprise innovation ecosystem and its iterative evolution,guide enterprises to refine the growth mode of 5G enterprise innovation ecosystem,acquire logic and carry out growth practice activities;(3)Given the fact that the number of domestic 5G core enterprises is small and their strength is weak,leading 5G enterprises should take the initiative to establish resources docking with 5G-related universities,organization alliances and other innovation entities,establish research centers,laboratories and derivative universities to provide exchange platforms for knowledge dissemination and talent joint training,and break the situation of isolated innovation boundaries.Promote the penetration of boundaries between regions,organizations and knowledge to improve the efficiency of resource allocation.
