摘要
某电厂DG-480/13.7-I110超高压自然循环锅炉在运行过程中炉顶大包内密封出现漏灰、漏烟问题。通过引进新技术,在原锅炉厂设计的金属密封盒外设置二次柔性密封,解决炉顶金属密封盒因膨胀开裂、狭小区域密封漏焊、焊接缺陷等问题,实现了密封缺陷的弥补,最终达到密封优化升级改造的目的,保证了锅炉清洁、高效、安全运行。
During the operation of DG-480/13.7-I110 super high pressure natural circulation boiler in a power plant,ash and smoke leakage occurred in the inner seal of the top ladle.By introducing new technology,a secondary flexible seal is set outside the metal seal box designed by the original boiler factory,which solves the problems including expansion cracking,sealing leakage in narrow areas,welding defects and other problems of the metal seal box on the top of the boiler,so that sealing defects are made up and the purpose of sealing optimization and upgrading is achieved while the clean,efficient and safe operation of the boiler is ensured.
