本文阐述了车间主要耗能工序及设备,通过健全车间能源管理工作体系,创新能源管控途径,采取一系列能源管控措施,从而达到节约用能,创建资源节约型企业的目的。本文对提升湿法镍电解车间的能源管控水平具有实际借鉴意义。

This paper expounds the main energy consumption process and equipment of the workshop,and the way to save en-ergy and create a resource-saving enterprise by improving workshop energy management system,innovating energy control ap-proach,and taking a series of energy control measures.This paper has practical reference significance to improve the energy control level of hydrometallurgical nickel electrolysis workshop.
