Determination of Sulfur in Purchased Raw Materials by High Frequency Induction Combustion Infrared Absorption Method

摘要 本文研究了高频感应燃烧红外吸收法测定外购原料中硫的分析方法,进行了燃烧温度选择、助熔剂及用量的选择、称样量的选择,确定燃烧温度为1200℃,助熔剂为0.3g铁+1.5g钨,称样量为0.05g。并进行了精密度和准确度实验,测定范围为0.5%~40%,样品RSD在0.40%~5.25%之间,该方法准确度高,能够满足外购原料对硫的分析要求。 In this paper,an analytical method for the determination of sulfur in purchased raw materials by high-frequency in-duction combustion infrared absorption method is studied.The combustion temperature is determined as 1200C,the fluxing agent is defined 0.3g iron and 1.5g tungsten,the weighing sample is fixed 0.05g by selecting combustion temperature,fluxing agent and a-mounts,sample weight.And the precision and accuracy experiments are carried out,the measurement range is 0.5%~40%,the RSD is between 0.40%and 5.25%.This method has high accuracy and can meet the analysis requirements of purchased raw materi-als for sulfur.
