一次合金专用磁选机的研发与应用

Development and Application of Special Magnetic Separator for Primary Alloy

摘要 本文通过对一次合金专用磁选机的研发及应用,优化了常规永磁筒式磁选机,背景场强低、分选精度差、夹杂严重的问题,高效分离回收一次合金,实现一次合金的早收快收,减少了合金在火法系统中的流转损失,提高了贵金属直收率,创造了一定的经济效益。 In this paper,through the development and application of the primary alloy special magnetic separator,the problems of low background field intensity,poor separation accuracy and serious inclusion of the conventional permanent magnet drum magnetic separator are optimized,Meanwhile,the primary alloy is separated and recovered efficiently,and the early and fast recovery of primary alloy is realized,the circulation loss of alloy in the pyrometallurgical system is also reduced while the direct recovery of precious metals is improved,which creates a huge economic benefits.
