摘要
镍羰化合成残渣的有效处理是炭化冶金工序的重要环节之一,湿法冶金技术已成为发展趋势。本文对国内外从事镍羰化合成残渣的实验研究工作进行了简单描述,重点介绍了ValeInco铜崖镍精炼厂和诺里尔斯克镍业“北镍”工厂工业化处理羰化合成渣的工艺流程及存在问题。结合金川集团镍羰化合成残渣含铜较高及含一定量贵金属的特点提出了采用一段加压置换浸出镍、钻、铁一二段加压浸出铜,从二段浸出渣中回收贵金属的工艺流程.
Effective treatment of slag from nickel carbonylative synthesis is a key part in carbonylative metallurgy,and hydro-metallurgical technology has been a development trend.This article briefly discusses the global research on slag from nickel carbony-lative synthesis,emphatically introducing the industrialized processes of treating the slags from nickel carbonylative synthesis and existent problems of Vale Inco Copper Cliff Nickel Refinery and Norsilk Nickel"North Nickel"plant.Combining with the traits that a higher copper content and certain amount of precious metals exist in nickel carbonylative synthesis process of Jinchuan group,this article presents a process:extract nickel,cobalt and iron through one-stage pressure leaching-extract copper through two-stage pressure leaching,and recover precious metals from two-stage leaching slags.
