摘要
本文以金川电解镍(Ni9996)为研究对象,对真空熔炼前后电解镍中的微量元素采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)和辉光放电质谱法(GDMS)进行含量分析,研究真空熔炼条件对微量元素含量的影响。研究结果表明,采用真空感应熔炼工艺重熔电解镍,精炼真空度控制在0.8~1.2Pa,精炼温度控制在1553℃~1565℃,精炼时间控制在15~20min,可以有效降低电镍中Pb、Zn、As、Cd、Al元素含量,同时提高精炼温度,延长精炼时间有利于这些微量有害元素的脱除;Si、Fe、Co、Sn、Sb、Bi、P、S元素在真空熔炼条件下含量增加,可能的原因是材料中的有害元素进入钢液;C、Cu、Mg、Mn元素含量基本不变。
This article discusses the study focusing on vacuum melting conditions'influence on trace element content through a analysis adopting ICP-MS and CDMS.The result shows that:the content of Pb,Zn,As,Cd,Al can be effectively reduced by remelting electrolytic nickel with vacum induction smelting process with refining vacuum controlled at 0.8~1.2Pa,refining tem-perature controlled at 1553℃~1565℃and refining time controlled at 15~20min.Meanwhile,the refining temperature can be raised and the refining time can be extended to remove these trace harmful elements;the possible reason for the rising content of Si,Fe,Co,Sn,Sb,Bi,P and S is that the harmful elements in crucible material has entered the molten steel;the content of C,Cu,Mg and Mn is basically unchanged.
