变形高温合金GH3600带材产品开发

摘要 本文采用真空熔炼+保护气氛电渣重熔双联纯净化熔炼工艺制备变形高温合金GH3600铸锭;将电渣锭开坏锻造成扁坏;扁坏经过热轧、拼焊、冷轧、光亮退火后产出符合国家标准与用户要求的GH3600带材。其力学性能和表面质量均达到标准要求。 Ingots of deformed super alloy GH3600 are produced by the purified smelting technology that consists of vacuum smelting and electroslag remelting in protective atmosphere.The ingots are cogged and forged into flat billets.After hot rolling,tailor welding,cold rolling and bright annealing,the billets are produced into GH3600 strips that meet national standards and users'requirements.The mechanical properties and surface quality are up to the standard.
