镍电解新液进行三次过滤的效果探究

摘要 选取某电镍厂电镍生产槽作为主要试验对象,采用现场生产所用新液作为原料进行三次过滤器过滤试验,探究过滤器对过滤后新液中1~5μm的固体颗粒物过滤效果,同时考察电镍物理外观质量与化学质量的提升。新型三次过滤器设计流量10m^(3)/h,实际运行流量9.4m^(3)/h,能够拦截镍电解车间新液中细微颗粒物,其主要成分为除钻尾料和少量氢氧化铁胶体,通过采用三次过滤器过滤新液能够将电镍平均划线率较指标5%降低50%,可稳定达到2.5%~3%。 Electrolytic cell producing electrolytic nickel were selected as main experiment target,and new electrolyte used in on-site production was used in three-stage filter experiment to study the filter's filtering effect on solid particles of 1~5μm in new electrolyte after filtration while investigating the improvements of physical appearance quality and chemical quality of electrolytic nickel.The designed flow of new three-stage filter was 10m^(3)/h,and the actual flow of it was 9.4m^(3)/h,which could intercept fine particles mainly consisting of cobalt-removed tailings and a small amount of frric hydroxide cllid in new electrolyte.By filtering new electrolyte through three-stage filter,the average marking rate of electrolytic nickel can be stably reduced 50%from 5%to 2.5%~3%.
