三厂区热源蒸汽管网系统结构优化改造及新型自动疏水装置的应用

摘要 针对蒸汽管网系统中存在的蒸汽供需不匹配、局部区域供热保障能力不足等问题进行了分析,优化了三厂区热源蒸汽管网系统,消除了原联通方式对管网安全运行的不利影响,提高了蒸汽输送能力,并对蒸汽管网的直排式疏水造成的能源浪费严重现象,通过采用新型自动疏水装置进行了创新优化。 This article analyzes the problems existing in steam pipe network system,such as the mismatch of steam supply and demand and the insufficient heating guarantee capacity of local areas.It proposes to optimize the heat source steam pipe network in the third plant area,eliminate adverse impact of original connection mode on the safe operation of the pipe network,and improve steam transmission capacity,which optimizes the serious waste caused by the direct drainage of the steam pipe network through new automatic drainage devices.
