金川集团公司企业管理问题的法学视角评析

A Brief Analysis of the Enterprise Management of Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.from the Perspective of Law

与工厂手工业时期相比,工业革命以后的现代社会化大生产的组织协调的复杂性和生产过程的高风险性,使企业管理成了一个世界性问题。不同学科对企业管理问题的研究,也是见仁见智。本文从法学对企业管理问题的基本认识出发,分析了金川集团公司在企业管理方面存在的问题,提出了进一步完善企业管理的建议,有一定的参考价值。

Compared with the period of workshop handicraft industry,the complexity of organization and coordination of modern socialized mass production and the high risk of production process after the industrial revolution have made enterprise management a worldwide problem,different disciplines have different opinions on the research of enterprise management,starting from the basic understanding of enterprise management from the perspective of law,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the enterprise management of Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.,and puts forward some suggestions to further improve the enterprise management,which has a certain reference value.
