摘要
蜂窝夹层板的研究主要集中在等效模型的刚度等效研究上,而对于蜂窝板及等效模型的切应力研究相对较少。文中建立了蜂窝夹层板的有限元模型,研究了蒙皮厚度对蜂窝切应力的影响,当蒙皮厚度与蜂窝夹层板厚度之比较大时,忽略蒙皮切应力会使蜂窝芯子切应力偏大;研究了通过三明治夹芯板等效模型仿真得到的应力数据换算为蜂窝芯子切应力的方法;最后分析得到了不同约束条件下三明治夹芯板剪力的分布,并计算了切应力。
The research on honeycomb sandwich panels mainly focuses on the stiffness equivalent of equivalent models,while there is less research on the shear stress of honeycomb panels and equivalent models.In this article,the finite-element model of the honeycomb sandwich panel is set up,and the influence of the skin thickness on the shear stress of the honeycomb sandwich panel is explored.When the skin thickness is larger than the thickness of the honeycomb sandwich panel,the shear stress of the honeycomb core will be larger if the skin shear stress is ignored.Efforts are made to explore how to convert the stress obtained from equivalent model simulation of the sandwich panel into the shear stress of the honeycomb core.Finally,the analysis is carried out on the distribution of shear force and the shear stress of the sandwich panel with different constraints.
