摘要
目的:探讨智能数据驱动精准教学在眼科护理实习生中的应用效果。方法:采用便利抽样法,选取华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院2021年8月—2022年6月在目标分解基础上行智能数据驱动精准教学的80名眼科护理实习生为研究组,2020年8月—2021年6月在PBL教学基础上行目标分解教学的80名眼科护理实习生为对照组,比较两组实习结束后眼科考试成绩以及批判性思维能力。结果:实习结束后,研究组实习生眼科考试理论与实践成绩、批判性思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。 结论:智能数据驱动精准教学的应用,有利于巩固眼科实习护士理论知识,提高临床护理技能,增强批判性思维能力。
Objective To explore the effects of intelligent data driven precision teaching in ophthalmic nursing interns.Methods Using the convenient sampling,80 ophthalmic nursing interns who conducted intelligent data driven precision teaching based on goal decomposition from August 2021 to June 2022 in Union Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected as the research group.From August 2020 to June 2021,80 ophthalmic nursing interns who conducted goal decomposition teaching on the basis of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching were selected as the control group.This study compared the ophthalmic examination scores and critical thinking abilities of the two groups after the completion of internship.Results After the internship,the interns in the research group scored higher in terms of theoretical and practical ophthalmic examination scores and critical thinking abilities than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The intelligent data driven precision teaching is conducive to consolidating the theoretical knowledge of ophthalmic interns,improving clinical nursing skills,and enhancing critical thinking abilities.
