乌饭是用(南烛等)植物汁液(漫泡糯米)蒸煮出来的。其颜色乌黑,吃起来十分清香。制鸟饭的历史十分悠久,至少可以追溯到唐朝。
Black glutinous rice is made with extract of plants.It's black in colour and has a delicate fragrance(清香).It has a long history.And the tradition can be dated back to the Tang Dynasty.
