In spring,people wrap(包)fresh vegetables in crepes or thin pancakes to eat.This kind of food has different names in different areas.It's called crepe in Xiamen.The Tong'an crepe in Xiamen is known for rich fillings(馅),which include more than ten ingredients such as cabbages,carrots,dried tofu,Oysters and shrimp.
