矿渣粉作为水泥混合材及混凝土掺合料的减碳功能分析

摘要 为助力建材行业早日实现“碳达峰、碳中和”目标,详细介绍了混凝土全生命周期内CO_(2)排放情况,指出混凝土全生命周期内CO_(2)排放的主要来源是水泥生产过程中排放的CO_(2)。分析矿渣粉替代部分水泥熟料作为水泥混合材和混凝土掺合料在减碳、节能和降耗方面的作用。分析结果发现,得出矿渣粉具有显著的绿色减碳功能,应积极推广其在水泥和混凝土中的应用。 To facilitate the building materials industry to"achieve carbon peak,carbon neutral goal"as soon as possible,this paper has introduced the concrete life cycle of carbon dioxide emissions,pointing out that the life cycle source of CO_(2) emissions of concrete is generated during cement production.The contribution of utilizing slag powder to reduce carbon emission,energy saving and consumption reduction by replacing part of cement clinker as cement mixture or the concrete admixture has been analyzed.It is concluded that slag powder has a significant carbon reduction effect,and its application in cement and concrete should be encouraged.
