在线教育常态化背景下大学生在线课程学情分析

Online Learning Behavior of Chinese College Students in New Normal Era

全球疫情的蔓延和持续使得在线教育逐渐成为高等教育的“新常态”,对在线教学常态化背景下大学生的在线课程学习情况亟待全面系统的研究。本研究使用“大学生学习与发展追踪研究”(CCSS)2021年全国调查数据,对中国大学生在线课程学习行为进行了实证研究。研究发现,相较于疫情应急阶段,常态化下的在线课程在形式、平台、内容上均更加多元,能够更好地满足学生的个性化需求;非“双一流”高校学生在线课程学习行为的区域差异较大;大一新生、女性和农村学生在适应在线课程学习上面临“新数字鸿沟”的挑战。基于此,研究建议政府相关部门与高校积极探索常态化在线课程学习过程的监管模式,大力建设在线优质通识课程、数理基础课程和升学就业引导课程;利用在线课程资源因校制宜提振中西部高等教育质量;着重关注弱势群体在线学习能力,弥合“新数字鸿沟”。

Online courses have become a regular part of higher education as offline teaching order is gradually restored after the epidemic.This study empirically analyzes Chinese college students'normalized online course learning behavior by using data from the 2021 National Survey of The Tracking Study of College Students'Learning and Development(CCSS)conducted by the Institute of Education of Tsinghua University.The results show that compared with the emergency teaching period,the form,platform and content of regular online courses are more diversified and reflect students'personalized needs.There are significant regional differences in online course learning behaviors of students from non-double first-class universities.Some rural students face the challenge of a"new digital divide"in adapting to the online course learning.
