守护教学在场:数字化转型背景下在线课程教学策略的质性研究 被引量:3

Establishing the Sense of Teaching Presence:A Qualitative Study of Online Teaching Strategies in the Digital Transformation of Education

摘要 教育数字化转型迫切要求大学教师提升数字素养,推进数字化的教学应用。大学通识课的在线教学集中体现了教学过程数字化的挑战和困难,表现为交互隔离、思维界隔和技术隔离等特点。研究以T大学7门大班额通识课为案例,聚焦线上教学策略,对教师进行第一手资料收集与分析。在从线下转为全线上直播的过程中,课程教学要历经协调、冲突和整合三个阶段。技术支持的有限性,削弱了教师的教学在场感,阻碍了面授中良好的教学表现力向线上教学的迁移。对此,案例课程教师活用在线资源,巧用网络技术特点,善用面授教学经验,通过有效整合技术,在适应在线教学的过程中重塑教学表现力,增强教学在场感,从而有效激励学生投入并保证学习效果。本文深入剖析了多门通识课程的教学过程,可助力教师提高数字化教学能力和数字素养,为推进高校教学过程的数字化提供借鉴。 The digital transformation of education requires university teachers to improve their digital literacy.Teaching the general education course on line reflects thc challenges and difficulties of digitalization of the teaching process,which is manifested in the characteristics of interactive isolation,thinking isolation and technology isolation.This study focuses on the online teaching strategies,interviews 7 teachers from T University and analyzes the first-hand data of their online general education courses taught in the spring semester of 2020.The transformation from the face-to-face lecturing to live online teaching includes of three stages:the coordination,the conflict,and the integration.Teachers lack the sense of teaching presence,thus their good teaching performance in face-to-face classroom cannot be automatically transferred into online teaching.Accordingly,teachers could effectively use and integrate the online resources,Information and communications technologies and their successful experience from face-to-face teaching.When they are familiarizing online teaching and enhancing the sense of presence,they can improve their online teaching performance,to motivate students and facilitate their learning more effectively.This paper analyzes the teaching process of many general education courses in depth,which can provide support for improving similar courses'online teaching.
