摘要 环氧树脂具有优良的绝缘性能、力学性能、稳定性、粘接性能,在工业生产和日常生活中得到了广泛的应用。但是,环氧树脂存在应力大、耐热性、耐水耐油性较差的缺陷。环氧树脂氟化改性后,受到氟原子和C—F键的影响,在克服了环氧树脂的缺陷的同时,增强了疏水性、耐腐蚀性、介电性等性能,因此,成为环氧树脂改性研究热点之一。氟化环氧树脂的合成方法主要由4种,分别为单体聚合法、氟化物引入法、物理共混法和直接氟化法。随着科技的发展,氟化环氧树脂需要向环保和低廉的方向发展。因此,归纳了氟化环氧树脂合成方法,对合成方法提出了改进方向,介绍了氟化环氧树脂的功能性。 Epoxy resins have excellent insulating properties,mechanical properties,stability and adhesive properties,and are widely used in industrial production and daily life.However,epoxy resins also have the disadvantages of high stress,heat resistance,and poor water and oil resistance.After fluorination and modification,fluorine atoms and CF bonds can help overcoming the common shortcomings of epoxy resins and enhancing the hydrophobicity,corrosion resistance,dielectric properties and other properties.The four synthetic methods of fluoridation are monomer polymerization,fluoride introduction,physical blending and direct fluorination.With the development of science and technology,fluorinated epoxy resins are becoming eco-friendly and inexpensive.This article summarizes the synthesis methods of fluorinated epoxy resins,puts forward its own opinions on the synthesis methods and introduces the functionalities of fluorinated epoxy resins.
