摘要
目的了解杭州市临安区农村饮用水中有机氯农药残留水平和分布特征,并评价有机氯残留导致的健康风险,为改善农村饮用水质量提供参考。方法采集2020年10月—2022年6月临安区辖区540个农村饮用水末梢水,利用气相色谱法对水中12种有机氯农药(OCPs)残留进行检测分析,并采用美国环境保护局(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型对其健康风险进行评价。结果临安区农村饮用水末梢水中12种OCPs均有不同浓度的检出,2020年10月、2021年5月、2021年10月和2022年6月ΣOCPs含量分别为ND~398.3 ng/L、ND~713.1 ng/L、ND~398.6 ng/L、ND~424.4 ng/L,相应ΣOCPs平均浓度分别为79.3 ng/L、52.9 ng/L、75.7 ng/L、47.4 ng/L,丰水期ΣOCPs高于枯水期(P<0.05),呈现以六六六(HCHs)和滴滴涕(DDTs)为主的污染特征,通过特征比例可确认HCHs和DDTs有新源输入。健康风险评价结果显示,非致癌健康风险指数和致癌健康指数均在可接受风险范围内。结论杭州市临安区农村饮用水中OCPs的非致癌风险与致癌风险均较低,总体上对人体健康不构成威胁。
Objective This paper aims to understand the residual level and distribution characteristics of organochlorine pesticides in rural drinking water of Lin'an District,Hangzhou,and to evaluate the health risks caused by organochlorine residues(OCPs),so as to provide reference for improving the quality of rural drinking water.Methods From October 2020 to June 2022,540 samples of rural drinking water of Lin'an District was collected,12 kinds of OCPs residues were detected and analyzed by gas chromatography,and the health risk assessment model recommended by the United States Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA)was used to evaluate the health risks.Results In rural drinking water of Lin'an District,12 kinds of OCPs with different concentrations were detected.In October 2020,May 2021,October 2021,and June 2022,theΣOCPs concentrations were ND-398.3 ng/L,ND-713.1 ng/L,ND-398.6 ng/L,and ND-424.4 ng/L.The corresponding averageΣOCPs concentration was 79.3 ng/L,52.9 ng/L,75.7 ng/L,and 47.4 ng/L,respectively.In wet season,ΣOCPs was significantly higher than that in dry season(P<0.05),showing the main pollution characteristics of HCHs and DDT.The feature ratio confirms that HCHs and DDTs have new source inputs.The results of health risk assessment showed that both non-carcinogenic health risk index and carcinogenic health index were within the acceptable risk range.Conclusion The non-carcinogenic risk and carcinogenic risk of OCPs in rural drinking water in Lin'an District of Hangzhou are low,and do not pose a threat to human health.
