本文分析了大型装备制造企业供应链标准化的现状和需求,提出了按企业供应链业务范围,基于业务流程构建适应企业发展战略的供应链标准子体系的过程和方法,设计了标准明细表,按就近原则归类解决了标准子体系之间的交叉问题,为构建企业供应链标准子体系提供了借鉴。

This article analyzes the present situation and demand of supply chain standardization in large equipment manufacturing enterprises,puts forward the process and method of constructing the supply chain standards subsystem adapted to the enterprise development strategy based on business processes according to the business scope of the enterprise supply chain,it solves the crossover problem between the standards subsystems according to the proximity principle,designs the list of standards,which provides reference for the construction of supply chain standards subsystem in enterprises.
