本文对当前国内外数字信号处理器(DSP)产品测试方法标准进行研究。分析了现行的GJB 7705-2012《DSP测试方法》,提出了DSP内核工作频率测试方法、综合性能测试方法等新方法。为开展DSP芯片性能测试或者集成了DSP IP核的系统级芯片(SoC)中DSP性能测试工作提供了技术指引和支撑,为DSP相关的产品研发、产品测试验证提供了参考。

This paper studies the current domestic and foreign standards for digital signal processor(DSP)product test method.This paper analyzes the current GJB 7705-2012,Test method for Digital Signal Processor(DSP),proposes new methods such as DSP core operating frequency and comprehensive performance test method.It provides technical guidance and support for DSP chip performance testing or DSP core performance testing in system-on-chip(SoC)with integrated DSP IP,and provides reference for the development and testing and verifi cation of DSP-related products.
