Comparative Analysis of Key Standards in High-quality Standards System on Hulunbuir Hulola-oil

随着我国社会经济的发展,人民对食品健康和营养的生活需求日益增长,芥花油逐渐从菜籽油中脱颖而出,成为一个新的食用油品类。呼伦贝尔是重要的、规模最大的春油菜(芥花油原料)产区。本文从呼伦贝尔芥花油产业现状及产地环境优势出发,通过与国内外同类标准的比对结果分析相关地方标准指标水平,以期推动呼伦贝尔芥花油产业高质量发展。

With the social and economic development of China and the growing demand of people for healthy and nutritious food,Hulola-oil has gradually stood out from canola oil as a new category of edible oil.Hulunbuir is an important and the largest spring rapeseed(Hulola-oil raw material)producing area.Based on the current situation of Hulunbuir Hulola-oil industry and the advantages of the environment of producing area,this paper analyzes the level of relevant local standard indicators by comparing the results with similar standards at home and abroad,so as to promote the high-quality development of Hulunbuir canola oil industry.
