标准化方法对计量检测过程的质量控制探讨

Discussion on the Quality Control of Measurement and Testing Process by Standardization Methods

计量检测具有流程跨度大、影响因素多等特点,因而所涉及的检测流程、检测因素均会直接关乎证书报告质量。笔者认为在计量检测过程中,应选用标准化方法对人、财、物、方法、技术、制度等内容进行统一规范,进而保障证书报告质量。本文共包括三个部分,分别为标准化计量检测及相关理论概述、我国标准化计量检测现状分析以及标准化计量检测的实施方案。其中第三部分是本文的重点,详细论述了区块标准化、射频递衰标准化、微波递减标准化等多项实施方案。

Metrological testing has the characteristics of large process span and multiple influencing factors,so the testing process and factors involved will directly affect the quality of certifi cate reports.The author believes that in the process of metrological testing,standardized methods should be used to standardize the content of personnel,fi nance,materials,methods,technology,systems,etc.,in order to ensure the quality of certifi cate reports.This article consists of three parts:an overview of standardized metrological testing and related theories,an analysis of the current situation of standardized metrological testing in China,and an implementation plan for standardized metrological testing.The third part is the focus of this article,which discusses in detail multiple implementation methods such as block standardization,RF attenuation standardization,and microwave attenuation standardization.
