标准化血细胞形态学检验在临床发热疾病中的诊断价值评价

Evaluation of the Diagnostic Value of Standardized Blood Cell Morphology Test in Clinical Febrile Diseases

目的:探析标准化血细胞形态学检验在临床发热疾病中的诊断价值,并进行评价。方法:对甘谷县人民医院2021年1月-2022年6月期间接受发热疾病治疗的50例患者和门诊健康体检患者50例进行研究,研究组均为发热患者,参照组均为健康体检患者,给予两组显微镜血细胞形态学检验,并分析其结果。结果:发热患者红细胞压积、平均细胞体积、红细胞分布宽度标准差、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度均高于健康体检者(P<0.05);两组红细胞血红蛋白的水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05);发热患者异常细胞、白细胞改变、小细胞贫血、大细胞贫血、异型淋巴细胞改变等血细胞形态异常检出率高于健康体检者。结论:血细胞形态学检测在发热性疾病诊断中的应用,具有重要的诊断价值。根据红细胞的形态变化可以初步判断疾病类型,并分析具体原因,为后续有效治疗提供科学依据。

Objective:To explore and evaluate the diagnostic value of standardized blood cell morphology test in clinical febrile disease.Methods:50 patients receiving febrile diseases treatment and 50 patients receiving outpatient health check-up in Gangu County People’s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were studied.The fever patients were taken as the study group,and the healthy check-up patients were taken as the control group.Microscopic morphological examination of blood cell was given in the two groups,and the results were analyzed.Results:The hematocrit,mean cell volume,standard deviation of red blood cell distribution width and mean red blood cell hemoglobin concentration in patients with fever were higher than those receiving health check-up(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of erythrocyte hemoglobin between the two groups(P>0.05).The detection rates of abnormal cells,white blood cell changes,microcytic anemia,macrocytic anemia,allotypic lymphocyte changes and other abnormal blood cell morphology in patients with fever were higher than those receiving health check-up.Conclusion:The application of blood cell morphology in the diagnosis of febrile diseases has important diagnostic value.According to the morphological changes of red blood cells,the disease type can be preliminarily determined,and the specifi c reasons can be analyzed,so as to provide scientifi c basis for subsequent effective treatment.
