手术室应用手术标准化护理方案后工作效率及护理质量的变化

Change of Working Effi ciency and Nursing Quality after the Application of Standardized Nursing Plan in Operating Room

目的:探究为改善手术室工作效率及护理质量,选择应用手术标准化护理方案后的变化。方法:随机选择本医院手术室2020年1月至2020年12月期间就职的护士12名纳为对照组,选择2021年1月至2021年12月期间就职的护士12名纳为观察组,前者应用常规手术室护理,后者应用手术标准化护理方案。将两组的工作效率及护理质量进行比较。结果:观察组与对照组相比,前者手术时间、术前准备时间均较短、术中出室取物频次较少(P<0.05);在护理质量控制方面,两组数据差异很大,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:选择应用手术标准化护理方案后的变化较为明显,手术室工作效率及护理质量可以得到明显提升,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the changes after choosing and applying the standardized nursing program in order to improve the operating room work effi ciency and nursing quality.Methods:Twelve nurses who worked in the operating room of the hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly selected as the control group,and 12 nurses who worked in the operating room from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group.The former group was given routine operating room nursing,while the latter was given standardized surgical nursing plan.The work effi ciency and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time and preoperative preparation time of the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative retrieval frequency was less(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in nursing quality management,and the observation group was signifi cantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After choosing and applying the standardized nursing plan,the changes are more obvious,and the operating room work effi ciency and nursing quality can be signifi cantly improved,which is worthy of promotion and application.
