标准化分级转运方案在ICU危重症患者院内转运安全管理中的应用及效果

Application and Effect Experience of Standardized Graded Transfer Scheme in the Hospital Transfer Safety Management of Critically Ill Patients in ICU

目的:探讨并分析标准化分级转运方案在ICU危重症患者院内转运安全管理中的应用及效果。方法:选取我院2020年1月到2022年1月的1000例ICU危重症患者为本次研究对象。并采取计算机表法对其进行研究分析,将其分为研究组和对照组,每组500例患者,研究组ICU危重症患者采取标准化分级院内转运方案,对照组患者则采取常规院内转运方案。结果:研究组ICU危重症患者院内转运时间,主要包括转运至CT扫描室、转运至介入治疗室、转运至手术室的时间明显短于对照组,研究组ICU危重症患者院内转运不良事件的发生情况,主要包括与患者自身病情相关的事件,与转运人员相关事件,与仪器药品相关时间等不良事件的总发生率(2.00%)明显低于对照组(5.20%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将标准化分级转运方案应用于ICU危重症患者转运中,可以明显提高患者的转运效率,缩短转运时间,有效降低不良情况的发生率,转运安全性较高,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To explore and analyze the application and effect of standardized graded transport scheme in the safety management of ICU hospital transport for critically ill patients.Methods:A total of 1000 critically ill ICU patients in the hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the study group and the control group,with 500 patients in each group.The patients in the study group were treated with standardized graded in-hospital transport plan,while the patients in the control group were treated with conventional in-hospital transport plan.Results:The in-hospital transport time mainly including transporting to the CT room,the interventional therapy room,and the operating room of the study group was signifi cantly shorter than that of the control group;The total occurrence rate of adverse events for in-hospital transport of ICU critical patients,including the events associated with the patient's own illness,and transport personnel related events,and events related to instrument-drug in the study group(2.00%)was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group(5.20%),and the difference has statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of standardized graded transport scheme in the transport of ICU critically ill patients can significantly improve the transport effi ciency of patients,shorten the transport time,effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events,with high transport safety,which is worthy of promotion and application in current clinical practice.
