普外科急腹症中应用整体规范化护理的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of Holistic Standardized Nursing on Acute Abdomen in General Surgery Department

目的:探讨针对普外科急腹症患者护理中实施整体规范化护理的应用价值。方法:选取2021年4月到2022年4月我院收治的80例急腹症患者,随机编号后均分为2组,对照组(n=40)为其提供常规护理,研究组(n=40)为其提供整体规范化护理,分析临床指标恢复情况以及并发症发生率。结果:两组间比较,研究组手术时间、术后镇痛时间、肠蠕动恢复时间、进食时间、抗生素使用时间以及住院时间均更短,P<0.05;研究组并发症发生率更低,P<0.05;研究组ALB、PA水平均更高,P<0.05。结论:在普外科急腹症患者的护理中实施整体规范化护理可降低并发症发生率,促进病情康复,建议推广。

Objective:To explore the application value of integrated standardized nursing in the nursing of patients with acute abdomen in general surgery department.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute abdomen admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group(n=40)was given routine care,and the research group(n=40)was given overall standardized care,and the recovery of clinical indicators and the incidence of complications were analyzed.Results:Compared between the two groups,the operation time,postoperative analgesia time,intestinal peristalsis recovery time,eating time,antibiotic use time and hospital stay time were shorter in the study group(P<0.05);The complication rate was lower in the study group(P<0.05);The levels of ALB and PA in the study group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Overall standardized nursing can reduce the incidence of complications and promote the recovery of patients with acute abdomen in general surgery department.
