标准化护理干预联合规范化癌痛护理对喉癌并糖尿病患者血糖及VAS评分的影响

Effect of Standardized Nursing Intervention Combined with Standardized Cancer Pain Nursing on Blood Glucose and VAS Scores in Patients with Laryngeal Cancer and Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探究对喉癌并糖尿病患者实施标准化护理干预联合规范化癌痛护理的可行性和有效性。方法:用回顾性方式将我院40例喉癌并糖尿病患者纳入,病例选取时段:2020年3月-2022年4月,规范实施分组操作(每组20例);对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施标准化护理干预联合规范化癌痛护理。针对两组血糖水平、疼痛程度、镇痛满意度展开对比和分析。结果:(1)措施干预后与对照组相比,观察组血糖控制水平效果较好(P<0.05)。(2)开展干预工作后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者不同时段疼痛程度较轻、镇痛满意度各指标数值较高(P<0.05)。结论:标准化护理干预联合规范化癌痛护理措施的实施,可改善喉癌并糖尿病患者的机体血糖水平,继而降低VAS评分并促使其尽快康复。

Objective:To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of standardized nursing intervention combined with standardized cancer pain nursing for laryngeal cancer patients with diabetes.Methods:40 patients with laryngeal cancer and diabetes mellitus in the hospital were retrospectively included.The case selection period was from March 2020 to April 2022,and standardized grouping operations(20 cases in each group)were performed;the control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given standardized nursing intervention combined with standardized cancer pain nursing.The pain degree and analgesic satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:(1)Compared with the control group,the effect of blood glucose control level in the observation group was better(P<0.05).(2)After the intervention,compared with the patients in the control group,the patients in the observation group had less pain in different periods and higher values of each index of analgesia satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of standardized nursing intervention combined with standardized cancer pain nursing can improve the blood glucose level of patients with laryngeal cancer and diabetes,and then reduce the VAS score and promote their recovery as soon as possible.
