连续性助产标准化护理对围生期孕产妇焦虑抑郁状况的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Continuous Midwifery Standardized Nursing on Anxiety and Depression of Perinatal Pregnant Women

目的:探究连续性助产标准化护理对围生期孕产妇焦虑抑郁状况的影响研究。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年12月广州市番禺区何贤纪念医院收治的124例围生期孕产妇作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=62)和观察组(n=62),对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施连续性助产标准化护理。比较两种干预方式对产妇产后心理状况以及不良妊娠结局的影响。结果:护理前,两组患者SAS/SDS评分比较无差异(P>0.05),护理后,两组患者SAS/SDS评分均有所降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良妊娠结局情况3.22%(2/60)低于对照组17.74%(11/62)(P<0.05)。结论:相对于常规护理,对围生期孕产妇实施连续性助产标准化护理,可有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁情况,并降低产妇不良妊娠结局。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous midwifery standardized nursing on anxiety and depression of perinatal pregnant women.Methods:A total of 124 perinatal pregnant women admitted to He Xian Memorial Hospital in Panyu district of Guangzhou from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the control group(n=62)and the observation group(n=62)by random number table method.The effect of two intervention methods on postpartum psychological status and adverse pregnancy outcomes was compared.Results:Before nursing,there was no difference in SAS/SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05),but after nursing,the SAS/SDS scores of the two groups were decreased,and the scores in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were 3.22%(2/60),lower than 17.74%(11/62)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with routine nursing,the implementation of continuous midwifery standardized nursing for perinatal pregnant women can effectively improve patients’anxiety and depression,and reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.
