摘要
文章通过网络调查法和文献调研法,从教学内容、人员来源、教学模式3个方面对我国42家“双一流”高校图书馆学术出版素养教育情况进行调研分析,发现“双一流”高校图书馆学术出版素养教育存在缺乏整体规划、人员来源渠道较窄、教学内容与教学模式不够丰富、合作机构类型偏少等问题,提出我国高校图书馆应从思想重视、整体布局,开展先期调研、重视效果评价,建立分层教学体系、丰富教学内容,争取多方资源、加强外部合作,内选外引、培育学术出版馆员队伍,与时俱进、丰富教学形式等方面加强学术出版素养教育。
Through the online survey and literature review,this paper investigates the situation of scholarly publishing literacy in"Double FirstClass"university libraries from three aspects of education contents,staff source,and education model.It is found that there are some problems in"Double FirstClass"university libraries,such as lack of overall planning,narrow source of personnel,insufficiency of education contents and model,lack of cooperation agency,ect.It raises some suggestions of attaching importance to scholarly publishing literacy,launching survey and evaluating training effect,establishing layering education system,strengthening external cooperation,training human resources and updating education content.
