全面準確落實司法責任制的三個維度--兼論中國特色司法責任體系的形成

Three Dimensions of Full and Faithful Enforcement of Judicial Accountability--Also on the Formation of the Judicial Accountability System with Chinese Characteristics

一、引論2013年以來,司法责任制改革一直是中國法院構建新型審判權力運行機制的核心工程。繼黨的十九大報告首次提出「全面落寶司法責任制」後,黨的二十大報告再次強調要「全面準確落實司法責任制」。

1.Introduction Since 2013.the reform of the judicial accountability system has been the core programme for Chinese courts’building of a new jurisdiction operating mechanism.After the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed to"enforce judicial accountability in all respects"for the first time,the report to the 20th National Congress of the CPC once again stressed the need to"fully and faithfully enforce judicial accountability".
