The Triple Meaning and Construction Path of the“The New Normal”

摘要 “新师范”具有多重意义蕴含:它是中国教师教育新体系中的“后师范”,是面向卓越教师培育的专业化师范教育,是高质量发展背景下的创新型师范教育。内核重构、动能重整、系统重塑是当代中国“新师范”建设不辱使命的行动方向,其理论架构是:强势回归“中华师范精神”,教师教育中枢系统的整流提质,以及教师教育形态的功能升级。在当代中国语境中,“新师范”建设的关键含义是中国性、师范性、创新性与效能性,与之相应,中国新师范建设的行动路向是:打造“中国版”师范教育改革蓝本,构建“师范本色”的师范教育,建设具备“新”质的师范教育,构筑“高效能”的师范教育。 “The New Normal”has multiple meanings:it is a“post-normal”in the new system of Chinese teacher education,a professional teacher education for the cultivation of excellent teachers,and an innovative normal education under the background of high-quality development.The three main axes of activity for the“new normal”building in modern China are kernal reconstruction,kinetic energy reformation,and systemic remodelling.A strong return to the“Chinese Normal Spirit,”correction and quality improvement of the hub system for teacher education,and functional upgrading of teacher education forms constitute its theoretical foundation.Chineseness,normativity,innovation,and effectiveness are the four major concepts behind the formation of a“new normal”in contemporary Chinese society.A“Chinese version”of the blueprint for reforming normal education must be developed,along with“normal origin”normal education,“new normal”education,and“high-performance normal education”in order to move forward with building a new normal in China.
