摘要
教师教材执行力是教师在理解教材、践行教材并重构教材过程中表现出来的核心能力。其有效发挥有利于化解教材与教师、教材与教学、教材与学生之间长久存在的矛盾,提高教师对课程与教材、课标与教材深层结合的领悟能力。教师教材执行力表现出从文本化到数字化:教师教材执行力的内容选择;从单一逻辑到多元逻辑:教师教材执行力的逻辑递进;从严格规则到模糊规则:教师教材执行力的规则协同等特征。教师教材执行力具有教学表达:基于教材展开多重对话;情感渗透:依据教材激活情感教育;文化滋养:源于教材深挖文化资源;价值导向:通过教材传递国家意志等功能。
Textbook executivity refers to teachers'core competence reflected in the process of understanding,practicing and reconstructing textbook.The effective exereise of teachers'implementation power of textbook is conducive to solving the long-standing contradictions between textbook and teachers,textbook and students,and improving teachers'ability to comprehend the deep combination of curriculum and textbook,curriculum standards and textbook.Teachers'textbook executivity exhibits textual to digital aspects:content selection for the textbook executivity.From mono-logical to poly-logical aspects:a logical progression in the textbook executivity.From strict rules to fuzzy rules aspects:features such as rule synergy in the textbook executivity.Teachers'textbook executivity is reflected in the performance of teaching expression:multiple dialogues based on textbook;emotional penetration:activation of emotional education based on textbook;cultural nourishment:stemming from the deep digging of cultural resources in the textbook;value orientation:conveying the will of the state through textbook and other functions.
