在新形势下,罪犯劳动改造的开展,价值体认是根本。把罪犯劳动改造的根本置于价值体认,既是一种对罪犯劳动改造本义的坚守,也是一种超越,特别是对偏重于单纯追求产值或止于表层的超越。罪犯劳动改造价值体认要明晰四个重要维度:罪犯劳动改造与法律,罪犯劳动改造与罪犯人性复归,罪犯劳动改造与自食其力,罪犯劳动改造与幸福。把握好五个关系:政治思想教育与劳动的关系,体力劳动与脑力劳动的关系,简单劳动与复杂劳动的关系,眼下与将来的关系,社会效益与经济效益的关系。
