A Tentative Discussion on the Education and Training of Prison Police with the Goal of Shaping the Prison Security Concept——Based on the Modeling Mechanism of Security Concept

监狱工作的特殊性要求监狱警察树立安全观。监狱警察的安全观是特殊场域下的安全观,具有安全观的一切特性的同时,有其自身的内涵和要求。在安全观塑造机理的指导下,监狱警察教育培训不但应当理清思路,设计以受训主体为主导,以氛围创设为先导,以知识传授为引导,以规范释义为指导的教学内容,而且应当选择适当的方法以完成受训主体安全观的塑造。

The particularity of prison work requires the prison police to establish security concept.The security concept of the prison police is a security concept in a special field.It has all the characteristics of the security concept,but also has its own connotation and requirements.Under the guidance of the shaping mechanism of the security concept,the education and training of prison police should not only clarify the thinking,design the teaching content that is guided by the subject of the training,guided by the creation of atmosphere,guided by knowledge transfer,and guided by standardized interpretation,but also should be selected appropriate methods to complete the shaping of the trainee's security concept.
